What is your return/exchange policy?
Quality and customer satisfaction is our highest priority! We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
Hudson Tailor accepts any unused or unaltered merchandise within 14 days of receiving your package. All returns must have the original hang tag intact. Original shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable. Your refund will be returned to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 1 billing cycle for the credit to post on your account. We reserve the right to deny refunds for a return item that does not comply with this policy.

Please be sure to include the original packing slip along with the provided Return Slip. As soon as we receive the item(s), we will issue you a refund and/or process your exchange. Unfortunately, item availability is not guaranteed when requesting an exchange.
